Ever since I started Junior year, the more I realised that having time for myself is extremely important, to stay sanely healthy! To stay positive and energetic, and to never let the sadness and sorrow take over your life. I agree that in most cases, you may say, “But Sen, I have so much work and would have to do all of them to receive good grades/results.” or “I really want to go all out and join and participate in as much extracurricular activities my busy schedule can handle.” There are more possible reasons, and they may all be good reasons, but you have to always remember that no matter how important they are, once it affects your mental health, yourself should be priority.
