Investing In Me
Question: How are you going to start fundraising for your life after school?
My idea ever since, probably the second semester of Sophomore year, I was planning to find a job, hopefully get accepted, and start planning from then on. An idea I learned from someone was to put aside at least fifty dollars into a savings account you can only access until you’re eighteen years old, and increase that ten dollars more every pay check. It’s not such a bad idea, but it seems somewhat weak considering how cruel and expensive reality is. However, my parents have raised me with a mindset that I will never finish school until I find a job that can provide my everyday needs. I don’t have to be rich, but just good enough for my family and I to have the needs we ever need. Also, since my sisters are all college graduates, they decided to, if I seriously need help, they are willing to “donate” for their youngest sister.
However, again, I will still do my best to pick up coins, do chores, find a job, save up lunch money, and etc. as ways to fundraise for my life after school.
